Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website nodjs.live and the services offered by SEOPILOT LTD ("Nodjs", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional web design, development, e-commerce, optimization and ongoing support services. Specific deliverables, timelines and prices are defined in individual written proposals or contracts.

2. Quotes and proposals

All proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of any deposit specified in the proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback required to deliver the project. Delays caused by missing information may impact the agreed schedule.

4. Payment

Invoices are issued in EUR and payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under Cyprus law.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client is transferred to the client, except for third-party assets and reusable components that remain the property of their respective owners or of Nodjs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
